G. Merryman Putnam is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) with more than 20 years of compensation experience both as a consultant and in a corporate environment.
She offers common sense solutions to her clients using both strategic and tactical techniques. She recognizes that each client she works with has a unique set of circumstances and she tailors her approach for each project in a manner that ensures her clients are gaining maximum potential and improving business outcomes as a result of her services.
Merryman’s diverse background in numerous industries, and in serving all levels within an organization from the board room to the mail room, give her the breadth and depth of experience needed to provide superior service to all clients. Industry experience includes but is not limited to banking, construction, consulting, health care, insurance, manufacturing, multi-level marketing, non-profit, transportation and utilities.

Merryman holds a BA in Economics from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and an MBA from the University of Richmond. She is a member of World at Work and SHRM.
